Return & Refund Policy

At NovaBritain, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, or altered.

  • Earrings or other personal-use items where applicable.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, NovaBritain will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact our support team.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
